Symptoms include Dribbling , hesitancy and difficulty starting to urinate, frequent urination, nocturia, painful urination, weak urine stream. Alfuzosin is a alpha blocker it works by relaxing muscle around exit of bladder and prostate which allows easy passage of urine. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha reductase it works by blocking action of 5-alpha reductase enzyme, which results in shrinkage of the size of prostate gland.
