Triolsar 20 HS Tablet 10s

Triolsar 20 HS tablet contains olmesartan, amlodipine and chlorthalidone. It belongs to group of medication known as antihypertensive drug. Olmesartan is a angiotensin II receptor blocker it works by blocking action of angiotensin II in the body which causes narrowing of blood vessels resulting in high blood pressure. Blocking it hinders its action and result in proper blood flow through blood vessels. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker it works by relaxing the blood vessels and reduces the load on the heart and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Chlorthalidone is a thiazide like diuretics it works by increasing removal of excess water and salts(sodium and potassium) from blood by removing excess of water from blood it reduces fluid volume circulating through blood vessels and improves blood flow.
